LYDIA DANT – COACH & PROFESSIONAL TRIATHLETE
Lydia started her triathlon journey in 2018 with Passion Fit Coaching and in this time, has gone from novice to professional triathlete - with a career highlight taking the overall win at Ironman Lanzarote (on her full distance debut).
Lydia has received a diagnosis for Autism Spectrum Disorder and is using her journey to showcase how neurodiversity can be harnessed but also, how to use the accomplishment behavioural concepts to overcome some of the tricker traits that she experiences.
At the core of Lydia's development as a; person, athlete and business owner has been the application of the behavioural coaching concepts that are unique to Passion Fit Coaching. Since day 1 of her journey with Passion Fit Coaching, Lydia has been applying the concepts and focusing on her development as a whole person (not just as an athlete) and it is through this approach that she has been able to unlock a level of potential that she never envisaged she might have.
