Tom has extensive experience in performance coaching both in top level sport and the corporate world.
As a triathlete he has coached himself from novice to Ironman World Championship finisher and multiple Ironman & 70.3 age group win’s & podium finishes. He currently coaches our sponsored ‘Team Passion Fit’ international class age group athletes.
Tom played and coached top level club hockey for almost 20 years before taking up triathlon. His specialist area in hockey coaching was the fitness conditioning of the athletes.
He also has considerable experience in supporting those that have been victims of domestic abuse or those experiencing anxiety or depression. He is able to provide this unique service by drawing on his own challenging life experiences. He has found his own peace through exercise and is able to understand the difficult feelings that a challenging life can induce.
See the testimonial tab for an insight into the difference he has been able to make to some of his clients.
